2nd Review 1/25/2013 FE location as shown exceeds 75 travel distance. Discussed via phone with Angela and they will adjust and e-mail with attachment showing final locations after getting customer approval. OK to issue permit as Inspector will field verify at final.

Note: Commonpath of travel measurement as noted on plans is incorrect but falls within code allowance. No action required.
