1) STATUS: 1-16-13 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) 1/A301 Section 1/A600 appears to be looking at the handrail between the stairs and the parking garage, whereas the details on A600 & A601 seem to indicate the hand rail between the stairs and the escalator. Please clarify.
4) 1/A301 There are two other sections taken on this plan that have no reference locations. Please clarify.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
