1. The location for the proposed sign is on a frontage that has an existing sign. The frontage does not have the minimum 300 linear feet required to allow two signs. Please address.

Per conversation with Jack Frost, and based on the fact that the sign easement is for the use of both parcels, it will be considered similar to a unified sign plan and allow both lots to be used in determining allowed sign area. This allows the Home Depot sign to be considered as the sign for the E 85th frontage, and the Alaska USA sign to be the sign for the Hartzell road frontage. 1/14/12 slc
