Spoke with John Todd on 1/9, he will send an email with a request for a determination of allowed areas. - Zoning review incomplete pending request and research.
Per conversation with Jack Frost, and based on the fact that the sign easement is for the use of both parcels, it will be considered similar to a unified sign plan and allow both lots to be used in determining allowed sign area. This allows the Home Depot sign to be considered as the sign for the E 85th frontage, and the Alaska USA sign to be the sign for the Hartzell road frontage. 1/14/12 slc
2. Please verify on the plan that there is the minimum 150’ required separation between the signs /// see dimension on site plan 1/15/13 slc
