1) STATUS: 1-10-13 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) P101 "Hot water delivered from public use lavatories shall be limited to a maximum temperatureof 120 F by a device that conforms to ASSE 1070 or CSA B125.3." (UPC 413.1) Restroom #103 does not meet the definition for a private use bathroom and therefore is considered to be for public use. Also the ASSE 1070 standard requires that the device be installed at the point of use. Please clarify.
4) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
