1) STATUS: 5-2-12 Comments to be addressed. 12-21-12 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 12-21-12.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for MAU-1 and H-1 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 12-21-12.
4) M3 It appears that the air intake for MAU-1 is located only about 4.5 feet from an existing 3" VTR. (IMC 401.4.2) RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-20-12.
5) 1/M4 As it pertains to the penetration of the ceiling/roof assembly, what is the manufacturers required clearance from combustible construction for the "Captiveaire" grease duct. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-20-12.
6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 12-21-12.
