2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 1-07-13.
3) P1.0 The underfloor waste piping appears to be in the ceiling space directly above "Sullivans Steakhouse" on the first level. Please clarify that this piping is not above any food prep or food storage areas or that it is in compliance with UPC 318.0. RESOLVED PER E-MAIL RECEIVED 1-07-13.
4) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 1-07-13.
