1. Status: Full Architectural Approval for this Change Order. 12/05/12
2. There are no comments (for this change order only) based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) to be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. This Change Order is for an Alternate Means and Methods Request submittal to allow a fire barrier separation betwee buildings of two different construction types. Although not strictly per code, it allow a level of safey that meets the spirit of the IBC. See the Alternate Means and Methods Request submittal for details. 12/05/12
