1st Review @ counter 11/21/2012 - Corrections Required.  Provide a written response to comments along with revised plans.  Submital was a partial plan that was compared to the original submital.

1.  Information as presented is either insufficient or unclear.  Provide corrected drawings that are either scaled or dimensioned in order to verify door widths, corridor width, common path of egress, etc.  Fixtures and devices that are being added, deleted, or relocated from the original drawings shall be noted on the new sheets.

2.  You are adding three new doors but have not identified or provided info on the size, type, hardware, etc.  Is it your intent that the new door at the top most portion of the drawings to be equipped with a lock?

3.  Since you are adding a door where a fire extinguisher was previously approved please show the new location.  Is this a cabinet or wall mounted FE as there is no legend on the plan to distinguish.

4.  Since you are dividing a larger space that required two exits please show the locations of both new and existing exit signs and emergency light fixtures on either side of the new door.  Since you are dividing a previously larger space into several smaller spaces additional fire alarm devices maybe required either within 15 ft of ends of corridors, within new suites, etc.

5.  Adjustments to both the fire alarm and sprinkler system is anticipated.  Since the fire system permits have not been finaled these additional devices shall be added to the approved permits as a change order.  Please acknowledge and note on plans.

6.  The new walls are not detailed.  Provide a detail and/or cut sheet of the product being used.
