1. Verify the requirement for a fire alarm. If required or the existing is required to be extended then a separate submital, review, & sub permit for the fire alarm is required. this submital maybe deferred. What is the rating/construction of the demising wall between tenants. It is believed the building "Core & Shell" was designed as nonseparated use requiring both a sprinkler system & fire alarm throughout. Please comment.
2. Provide a occupant load calculation and signage per IBC 1004.1 & 1004.3. Show location on plans.
3. Additions and/or changes to the sprinkler system requires a change order or separate permit. this submital maybe deferred.
