Advisory Information:
Approved @ counter 9/24/2012 for TI of suite, 2nd floor, East side. Note (As discussed with contractor) all occupants require access at all times to two exits. The secondary required egress from Rooms 209, 212, & 214 is thru existing door 203 which can not be lock from lobby 201. When future tenant is built out this could become an issue depending on the design as occupants can not exit thru other tenant spaces and because door 213 has a mag lock and restricts egress from the lobby thru the suite.
