2. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. An additional directional Exit sign directed to the west is required near the southeast of the space due to the removal of the east exit. Provide an exit sign in the direction of exit travel near Door 106 per IBC Section 1011.1. 10/08/12 RESOLVED. An exit sign in the direction of exit travel near Door 106 per IBC Section 1011.1 is now indicated on Electrical Drawing E5. 10/15/12
