The comments below have been addressed.

1. Approved for UG only
Please address the following comments for full approval.
2. The following comments based on the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3. EQUIPMENT REQUIRES THIRD PARTY LISTING:Please be aware that all equipment will require and be checked for third party listing per NEC 110-3. Any new or existing equipment to be reused or relocated will be checked for listing by the electrical inspector. Any equipment found without a listing will be required to go through testing to gain approval. Inspector to field verify. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.
4. INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC):The building is over 5000 square feet. Refer to IECC Section 505.2.2.2. Please provide compliant design with IECC Section 505 Electrical Power and Lighting Systems.
Response:The three spaces (perormance gym, practice gym, and gymnastic practice) are provided with digital control.
Automatic lighting shutoff is used in othe space with override with two hour max.
5. LOCATION OF DISCONNECTING MEANS:Sheets E106 and E801 (Shunt Trip not on the building). The shunt trip is located on the remote CT can. Fire department policy #08-006 requires the disconnecting means to be located on the building. Please address.
Response: The a disconnecting means is out side that complies with the fire department policy.
6. GENERATOR & TRANSFORMER MOUNTING STRUCTURAL SEISMIC CALCULATION:
Sheet E801. Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for the generator and transformer include engineer’s stamp and signature, for structural review. The plans will be stamped with deferred submittal basis.
Response:This is a deferred submital.
7. When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA
Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes and electrical engineers stamp and signature.
