1.  Status: Architectural Corrections required.  Status: Footing and Foundation Architectural Approval.  Please resolve comments and provide complete submittal for Shell and Core Construction Architectural review.  4/21/12  Status: Full Architectural Approval.  9/10/12

 

2.  The following comments based on the 2009 (revised to 2006) International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.  9/06/12
