2. The following comments based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IEBC, IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. Drawing T1.1, Exiting General Notes, Door Hardware, Item 3. TSAIA Hardware Standards; Verify compliance with IBC Sec. 1008.1.10 for all egress doors in A occupancies with an occupant load of more than 50. Specifically, verify that the Door 106 passing thru to security has panic hardware. Add to Item 3. note the following: Panic Hardware to be provided for Door 106. 7/18/12. RESOLVED. 7/26/12
3. Drawing A2.2, Floor Plan New; A thermal barrier is required per IBC Section 2603.4 for the freezer and cooler additions or show compliance to the requirements in IBC Section 2603.4.1.2.
