1) STATUS: 7-30-12 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) M4.0 The 3/4" gas supply to Brick Oven "O-1" (240 MBH @ 110' appears to be undersized per UPC Table 12-8.
4) Provide specifications for allowable pipe and fittings for the various plumbing systems keeping in mind that any material above the ceiling on either level will need to be plenum rated if the ceiling area is being used as a return air plenum (IMC 602.2.1).
5) The 3-compartment sink requires a center waste outlet (UPC 1001.2) with vented P-trap (1014.1.1) and a vented flow control fitting (UPC 1014.2.1). Please clarify.
6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
