1st Review 8/3/2012 - Corrections Required. Provide a written response to comments along with revised plans.

1. Provide Electrical, Plumbing, & Mechanical plans. Note: Final location of exit signs & emergency lighting will be approved based on electrical drawings. See Comment 2.
2. Since two exits are required from the suite it appears that door's 317 & 329 require exit signs. Assuming the doors swing in the direction of egress provide a sign as required. Door 301 is shown as a sliding door. Is this a manual or electronic sliding door? Since the occupant load served is > 10 it is required to be side hinged swinging. The doors shall meet IBC 1008.1.4 if horizontal power doors. Are these breakaway doors? Provide a cut sheet with your resubmital.
3. Alterations & additions to the sprinkler and fire alarm system requires a separate submital, review, and subpermit. Please acknowledge and/or note on plans.
