GENERAL
This review is code compliance review based on the requirements of the International Existing Building Code (IEBC), 2009 Edition, and all adopted references thereto, as amended by the Municipality of Anchorage in Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC) Title 23. This review does not permit the violation of the building codes, nor any federal, state, or municipal regulation.
The following comments must be addressed before a permit may be issued. Additional comments may be issued following review of submitted information.
1. FREEZER ANCHORAGEPlease provide design analysis for the freezer construction including bracing and anchorages. The detail provided on Sheet S2 is not sufficient for determining the anchorage requirements, and does not address the panel-to-panel or panel-to-structure connections. This item may be deferred.
