Approved 6/20/2012 - Per phone conversation with CRW Engineer addressed concerns - Tank is double wall protected -Dike area is not required but provided.  Height of tank support is < 8 inches - 2 hr protection not required.  reference to 2006 IFC on sheet G3 is typo error - Project meets 2009 code edition.  Addressing location of fuel shutoff with electrical engineer will locate further from area as required.

Per phone call from Engineer the shut off is within requirements of NFPA for bulk storage/process transfer.  (Not > 100ft away).  Since this is not a fleet fueling station for fueling motor vehicle fuel tanks the 20 to 100ft distance in IFC 22 does not apply.  Researched & accepted. 6/22/2012
