The comment below has been addressed and the plans have been revised to reflect the changes. Approved.

1)   Pease address the following comment for full approval.

2)  The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

3)  DESIGN CRITERIA (CODE ANALYSIS):

Sheet FKCS (ADA Building Code). The design criteria referenced the ADA code as ANSI A117.1-1998. Please note that the current adopted ADA code is ANSI A117.1-2003. Please address the design according to the current adopted code.

The code study has been revised to reflect the current ADA code. Approved. 

BUILDING OCCUPANT LOAD:

The design criteria states that building area is 192 square feet and the building occupant load is 4 people.

Please note that the occupant load for mercantile should be calculated at 30 square feet per person. The occupant load should be 7 people. Please address. Refer to IBC Table 1004.1.1.

The occupant loads has been revised to reflect the currect ocupant loads. Approved 

4)   When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
