1) STATUS: 3-20-12 Comments to be addressed. 5-14-12 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 5-14-12.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable, plus fastening details for RTU-1 thru 11 and B-1 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 5-14-12.
4) M2.0 B-1 is a condensing boiler and the condensate shall be processed through a condensate neutralizer per IFGC 307.2 plus local amendment. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 5-1-12.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 5-14-12.
