The comments below #3 and 4 have been addressed on the plans. Approved 

 

1)   The architectural is approved for F & F permit

Pease address the following comment for full approval.

 

2)   The following comments based upon the 2006 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

 

3)  BUILDING ENVELOPE REQUIREMENT:

Sheet A313 (R-Value for Exterior Wall). We could no find the R-value for the exterior wall. Please add to the plan the R-value for the exterior wall according to IECC 2006, table 502.2(1) for zone #7. 

 

4)  TESTED SLIP ASSEMBLY:

Sheet A510 (Head Connection at Ceiling Deck). Please indicate a tested slip assembly for the 1-hr fire wall (including the intermecent or intended use etc).

 

5)   When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
