1) STATUS: 5-11-12 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for the 50 gallon gas water heater to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.
4) P-111 & 8/P501 The domestic cold water supply to the filters requires backflow protection (UPC 603). Please clarify.
5) P-112 Note #4 The 3-compartment sink is required to be directly connected and to have a floor drain within 5 feet of it and the dishwasher. (UPC 704.3 plus local amendment)
6) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
