The electrical engineer have responded tothe comments and corrected the plans. Approved.

1. The following comments based on the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.
2. EQUIPMENT REQUIRES THIRD PARTY LISTING:Please be aware that all equipment will require and be checked for third party listing per NEC 110-3. Any new or existing equipment to be reused or relocated will be checked for listing by the electrical inspector. Any equipment found without a listing will be required to go through testing to gain approval. Inspector to field verify. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.
3. INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (IECC): The building is 8,500 square feet (Over 5000 square feet. Refer to IECC Section 505.222). Please provide compliant design with IECC Section 505 Electrical Power and Lighting Systems.
4. NUMBER OF SERVICES AND DISCONNECTING MEANS (SERVICE INDENTIFICAITONS):
Sheet E-1 (South Elevation Electrical Panels). There are two feeds to the building. NEC 230.2(E) requires a permanent plaque to be installed at each service disconnect location that state all other services, feeders and branch circuits supplying the building. Refer also to NEC 225.32.
5. ONE-LINE DIAGRAM AND PANEL SCHEDULE: Please address the following: `
(A) Both panels are called AC1.
(B) Verify the proper size of the transformer secondary overcurrent protection.
(C) Transformer refers to E/E-1!. Where is sheet E/E-1?
(D) Panel AC1? Receptacles exterior must be GFCI and provided with in-use cover.
(E) Please provide wiring method, conduit, wire types and sizes.
(F) Doyon Feeder calculation is 99.3 and panel AC-2 is only 10.58 KVA.
Refer to the Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.302.3.
6. GROUNG NOTE UNDER PANEL SCHEDULE: Sheet 1 (Grounding Notes Below Panels AC! and AC2). The notes below the panel schedules is to provide a ground wire for all branch circuit per NEC. Please add on the plans the proper size of ground wire. Refer to the Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.302.3.
7. When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp and signature.
