Comments for 4/6/12 submittal:

1.) Provide haul route information meeting the requirements of AMC 9.46.410.A; the shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used. 

2.) Please provide Zoning approved calculations for required off street parking and loading berths.

3.) Please show site layout, slope, grade and dimensions for parking, refuse collection, ADA stalls, curb return radii, driveway connections, drive aisles and temporary snow storage. Include ingress and egress flow arrows to illustrate the intended circulation plan at parking areas and driveways. 

4.) Please provide details for all proposed regulatory MUTCD signage to be incorporated into the improvement. 

5.) The parking areas shall have lighting.  Please provide lighting plan and certified lighting and glare analysis statement for the parking areas. 

6.) This review shall be considered incomplete pending receipt and approval of the requested revisions or additional comments.   4/20/12 ~DF~
