Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.

Provide a Location Plan, Vicinity Plan, and Plot/Site plan indicating all easements, property lines and right of way centerlines.

Show all existing roads and driveways.
