1) STATUS:   3-1-12 Comments to be addressed.       4-5-12 APPROVED.

 

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.       RESOLVED 4-5-12.

 

3) 5/P2.0         The 5th Avenue Mall is actually Type "I-A" construction with 2-Hour floor ceiling assemblies. The trap primer line through the floor requires fire caulk. Foam insulation is not acceptable.         RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-2-12.

 

4) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.      RESOLVED 4-5-12.
