2. The following comments (for this change order only) based on the 2006 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. The Alt Means & Methods: Provide ladder access to authorized personnel to storage mezzanine was not approved based on the requirements of IBC Section 505.3 and the exception (IBC Section 1015.1). A single compliant stairway per IBC Section 1009 is required for access to the storage mezzanine. 4/4/12
