1. Please provide a detail for the required ID placard, see AMC 21.45.265.A.10.
2. Please show access to the tower on site plan. NOTE: The first 50 feet of any access drive must be paved.
3. The B3 Zoning district requires perimeter and visual enhancement landscaping as well as arterial landscaping at the Gambell road frontage. Please provide a landscape plan to show existing or proposed landscaping.
3. Zoning review is incomplete pending receipt of requested information, additional comments may result from new information received.
