1st Review 3/26/2012 - Corrections required.   Relocate existing antenae to new location.  A fire Inspection is required

1.  Provide a fire acceess road to within 150 ft of all exterior points of the facility.  It appears that access off gamble exceeds the allowable 150ft hoseline distance as measured around the fence perimeter.  The 12 ft wide driveway is not considered fire access as a minimum 20 ft width is required.

2.  Provide required Knox keybox for entry and appropriate address visible from the street fronting the property.

3.  A fire extinguisher is required for this facility.  Show size, type, & location on plans.
