2. There are no unresolved comments based on the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) to be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the UPC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. The approved scope of work includes only the cutting and capping of an existing plumbing fixture (Prep Sink) that is being demolished. Addition of a janitors sink tied into an existing drain line. No Mechanical Engineering is required.
