2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 3-21-12.
3) Mail Room #06-017, Multipurpose Training Room #06-039, Records File Room #06-042 and Cafe #06-043 all appear to have full height walls. Please clarify the return air path out of those areas. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 3-7-12.
4) Meeting Room #06-023 appears to have full height walls. Please clarify the return air path out of the area. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 3-7-12.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RESOLVED 3-21-12.
