The electrical comments have been addressed on the plans, reviewed and approved.

2. The following comments based on the 2008 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3. EQUIPMENT REQUIRES THIRD PARTY LISTING:Please be aware that all equipment will require and be checked for third party listing per NEC 110-3. Any new or existing equipment to be reused or relocated will be checked for listing by the electrical inspector. Any equipment found without a listing will be required to go through testing to gain approval. Inspector to field verify. NO RESPONSE REQUIRED.
4. ML&P STANDARD FOR COMINATION OF DISCONNECT AND BYPASS METERING:
Sheet E100 (One Line Diagram). Please review ML&P Standard Section 30312 for the requirement of bypass metering.
Please review ML&P Standard Section 608.10 for maximum rating for a combination disconnect and terminating enclosure.
5. GROUNDING DETAILS:Sheet E100 (One Line Diagram). The plans show grounding is #1/3 for everything. Please provide on he plans the grounding detail wire sizes for (a) Concrete encased electrode (UFER), (b) Ground rods, (c) Gas pipes bonding, and (e) Bonding jumpers. Refer to Anchorage Administrative Code AAC 23.10.302.3 and NEC Section 250.50.
6. ROOF TOP UNITS RECEPTACLES:Sheet E100 (Roof Electrical Plans). It appears that distance from roof top units to receptacles exceed 25 feet. Please verify. Refer to NEV 210.63.
7. When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp and signature.
