Approved 3/6/2012 per plans - with following change. Per Phone conversation with architect (Christopher (CEM) will add 2A10BC Fe in stock room, left side of door leading into retail space. He will update contractor set of plans. Fire Inspector will field verify at final inspection.

1. Show Fire Extinguisher (FE)size, type, & location on plans.

2. The occupant load factor was calculated using 30sf per person. Since the space is located on the 2nd floor per IBC table 1004.1.1 the factor used should be 60sf per person. Note: This does not affect exiting as this is still a single exit space.
