1) STATUS: 2-29-12 Comments to be addressed. 2-29-12 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 2-29-12.
3) A00-10 Code Analysis With the exception on the NEC, the Municipality of Anchorage has adopted and is reviewing under the 2009 codes. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-28-12.
4) A00-50 & A04-06 Please clarify the lock on door #0619A. There should be panic hardware on the push side to gain access to the exit and if the lock is on the pull side personnel using the bathrooms would not be able to get back to their work stations. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-28-12.
5) A04-06 Please clarify the reference to Closet #0617 in Hallway #0616. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-28-12.
6) A04-06 The page reference for details D4 & D5 in Cafe 0623 should be to A10-02. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-28-12.
7) C2, C5 & D4/A10-02 The 2'-10" elevation should specifically be to the flood rim of the sink (ICC/ANSI A117.1-606.3. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-28-12.
8) 12 & 13/A10-51 Provide a listed top of wall detail for these rated wall assemblies. DEFERRED SUBMITTAL.
9) Two copies of sheets A02-06, A05-06 & A06-06 were provided but with different revision dates. Please remove the older revisions. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-28-12.
10) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature. RESOLVED 2-29-12.
