2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.           RESOLVED 2-21-12.

 

3) AF1 Code Study         The MOA has adopted and is reviewing plans under the 2009 UPC, 2008 NEC and 2003 ICC/ANSI A117.1.                  RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-18-12.

 

4) AF1 Code Study         Clarify the Type of construction per IBC Table 601. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-18-12.
