2. There are no unresolved comments based on the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) to be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the UPC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. The approved scope of work includes only the waste stub in and water stub ins. No Mechanical Engineering is required. A future TI will require Mechanical Engineering. 2/3/12
