2. There are no unresolved comments based on the 2009 International Mechanical Code (IMC) and 2009 International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC) to be resolved before a permit is issued. The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IMC, IFGC or any federal, state, or local regulations.
3. The approved scope of work includes only the relocation of a mechanical VAV box due to its interferance with the new demizing wall. No Mechanical Engineering is required. A future TI will require Mechanical Engineering. 2/3/12
