1.  Status: Full Architectural Approval.  2/3/12

 

2.  There are no comments (other than comments addressed by redlines added to the drawing plan set) based on the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) and 2009 International Existing Building Code (IEBC) to be resolved before a permit is issued.  The plans and specifications do not permit the violation of any section of the IEBC, IBC or any federal, state, or local regulations.

 

3.  Drawing A-1,  Revise: IBC, IEBC, IFC, IMC and UPC are all required to be the 2009 Edition.  Add: Accessible and Useable Buildings and Facilities (ICC/ANSI A117.1) 2003   2/3/12  RESOLVED.  Redlined on the plans.  2/3/12

 

4.  Drawing A-1, Per IBC Section 906, Show size, type, & location of fire extinguishers, both existing & new.  Extinguishers shall be located along the path of egress, near the exits, a maximum 75 ft travel from any point within the building to the extinguisher.  2/3/12  RESOLVED.  Redlined on the plans.  2/3/12
