1) STATUS: 12-05-11 Comments to be addressed. 12-29-11 APPROVED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2009 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 12-29-11.
3) A0.1 Please clarify the "U" occupancy. The building is located at the airport and with a 59' x 19.5' overhead door it looks to be an aircraft hangar which would be classified as an "S-1" occupancy. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-29-11.
4) A0.1 As an "S-1" occupancy the building would require toilet facilities, a drinking fountain and a service sink. Please address. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-29-11.
5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature. RESOLVED 12-29-11.
