Comments for 11/17/11 submittal:

1.) Provide haul route information meeting the requirements of AMC 9.46.410.A; the shortest, most direct route, which minimizes travel on local and collector roadways shall be used.

2.) Please submit civil site plan drawings for review and consideration of the proposed improvements.

3.) The parking areas shall have lighting.  Please provide lighting plans along with a Certified Lighting and Glare Analyses statement per AMC 21.45.080X.4.e.

4.) Provide Zoning approved parking calculations for required parking, ADA stalls and loading berths, if applicable. 

5.) Show the location of the refuse container.  Demonstrate that geometric maneuvering for collection and access to the refuse container is adequate.

6.) Delineate temporary snow storage areas.  Snow storage is ot permitted to be located in required parking spaces. 

7.) Provide a detail of ther driveway landing profile meeting the requirements of MOA's Driveway Standards.  Attached, please find a link to MOA's Driveway Standards for your consideration.
