Approved @ counter for icecream smoothy shop (In existing Baskin Robins space).  single exit space with no emergency lights or exit signs required.  Existing fire extinguisher located near back door.  Partition wall will either have sprinkler head on each side or owner will reduce height to 8 ft (ceiling is 9'10"0) and maintain 18" clearance.  emergency release for security gate OK to remain in existing location behind counter.
