Comments for10/20/11 submittal:

1.) The proposed haul route shall be: Export/Import - anticipated to be from AS & G facility on Minnesot. The route shall be from Minnesota to Old Seward to 100th Avenue to project site.

2.) General Note #20 indicates that no snow storage on site shall be permitted.

3.) The site provides 32 parking stalls as shown as 31 parking stalls are required.

4.) The sight distance triangles shall be unobstructed along the public roadway at the driveway connection. Trees in the sight distance triangle are acceptable if trunk is less than four (4) inches in diameter at maturity and branches are trimmed within 2.5 feet to 8 feet per AASHTO policy.
