1) STATUS: 9-22-11 Comments to be addressed. 10-04-11 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 10-04-11.

3) The island vents for the two fixtures at the sushi bar must tie together at least 6" above the flood rim of the highest fixture (UPC 905.3). Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 9-30-11.
