2nd Review: Comments 3 & 5 resolved.  OK to issue core & shell.

1.  Provide an address on the building visible from the street fronting the property.  Show on elevation sheet A.5.  What is the street - Hartzell or E 85th?

2.  Work Area 119 requires a Fire Extinguisher (FE) as travel distance to the closest FE exceeds 75 ft.

3.  Bollards protecting the gas meter shall meet IFC 312.  Include a detail.

4.  Provide signage at the exterior shunt for the generator as required per MOA policy E.04.

5.  The drive at the east side of the building appears to be required fire access.  "No - Parking Fire Lane" signage is required at the NE & SE corners.  Please show location and sign detail on plans.

6.  Activation of the smoke detector for AHU1 is required to produce a visible & audible supervisory signal per IFC 907.12.  Provide a cut sheet for the device and show intended location on plans.

7.  Doors 03, 04, 12, & 16 appear to be access control egress doors since they are equipped with magnetic locks.  They shall meet IBC 1008.1.3.4.  How will this be achieved especially since door 19 and/or 12 may need to serve exiting in both directions.  Only door 12 is shown with a "Push to Exit" button.  Sensors are required.  Provide hardware cutsheets.  Explain how they will be openable without special knowledge or effort.  Hardware may need to be removed from door 12 and an exit sign added.

8.  There is no sheet note 13 on sheet E5.  doors 03 & 04 indicate this note.  what does it represent.  Add to sheet.
