Municipal tax records indicate this property is retail.  No permits were located for a change of use to restaurant.  Please provide parking calculations for all uses in the structure, and provide information about the number of existing parking spaces.  This office has no record of how many seats the previous use had, or if this is an increase in the number of seats for the proposed use.  Please provide information to show that this use does not increase the required parking.
