1.  A change of use requires sprinklers for both an "I" & "R" occupancy per IFC 903.2.5 & 903.2.7 respectively.  Is it your intent to classify the building as an "E" occuppancy and not sprinkler per the local amendment.  If so change the occupancy classification of the building in the code study or provide sprinklers.

2.  Provide a fire extinguisher as required per IFC 906.  Show size, type, & location on plans.

3.  A smoke and carbon monoxide detector is required if the building is classified as R3.
