2) The following comments based on the 2009 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.                  RESOLVED 8-8-11. 

3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable plus fastening details for AHU-1, B-1 & 2, CU-1 and WH-1 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.        RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-8-11.     

4) M4.1             Clarify the return air path from each room. Return air light fixtures and/or eggcrate returns are not apparent.                 RESOLVED PER RESUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-8-11.     

5) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical plans to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.                       RESOLVED 8-8-11.
