Comments for 7/28/11 submittal:

1.) The proposed haul route shall be: Import/export - from the excavation site along the De Havilland Avenue Spur via construction access Gate AM - west to Postmark Drive to Northern Lights Boulevard to Point Woronzof Drive to disposal site via access control Gate N-63.  The return route is from the disposal site to Point Woronzof Drive to Northern Lights to plant.
