1. Provide an operations and maintenance manual.

2. Provide a dewatering plan.

3. Prior to a final CO provide a storm drain as-built/inventory certified by a PE.

4. OK for F&F. Initial grading and shallow excavation allowed.  No deep excavation other that test holes allowed until a dewatering plan is submitted and approved. sme 7-18-11.
