1) STATUS: 7-11-11 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based on the 2006 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) Provide structural, seismic and wind load calculations as applicable plus fastening details for RTU-1 to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.
4) M001 Clarify the minimum outside air setting required on RTU-1 per IMC403.
5) M001 A smoke detector is required for RTU-1 per IMC 602. Please clarify.
6) M700 The boiler pressure relief valves should be piped back to the glycol makeup system. Provide details for the glycol makeup system.
7) M600 A seperate permit will need to be applied for on this additional building. See Tony Bargainer at the permit counter or call him at 343-8339.
8) When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical plans to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
